If everything in the universe is dual, is it possible for evil extraterrestrials to come to Earth?

 1) Humanities in an involutive state exist besides Earth

While it is a reality that there are degenerate humanities on other worlds, such is the case with the inhabitants of Hercolubus, says V.M. Samael Aun Weor. In his lecture "The Mystical or Esoteric Resurrection":

D. Venerable Master, you believe that scientists would be better oriented searching for life on Hercolubus than on other planets, right?

M. Well, Hercolubus has life. If scientists dedicated themselves to looking for life on Hercolubus, they would find it; that is clear. HERCOLUBUS HAS LIFE. It is a world densely populated, with humanity as perverse as that of Earth. If we were to compare Earthlings and the inhabitants of Hercolubus... we would find both in... perversity: one group is perverse, and the other is perverse, equal... The inhabitants of Hercolubus are also currently in the Kali Yuga; they are in their Kali Yuga... And they are terribly malignant; they are specimens... very similar to Earthlings...

D. So, they went through the same process we have gone through?

M. They are in that process...

D. Are they tempting people?

M. All of them are as perverse as Earthlings. THEY HAVE THE EGO TERRIBLY DEVELOPED.

D. Is it understood then that we move within the same Dimension?

M. Well, yes. A very interesting thing is that Hercolubus performs a marvelous interplay with all celestial mechanics, because our Solar System travels around the Zodiacal Belt in about 25,000, or it could also be some 27,968 years, more or less, because an exact calculation has not been possible. Our Solar System makes a journey around the Zodiac. And a race does not last longer than one journey of the Solar System around the Zodiac. Once the journey is finished, the race ends in a Great Catastrophe.

But the interesting part of this is that at the end of the journey, Hercolubus arrives. That is why I do not believe in the 6,666-year orbits that many have attributed to Hercolubus; I do not accept it. Because I have seen that Hercolubus only approaches at the end of the journey. In such a way, then, it plays along with that journey: it arrives, exactly, to mark the end for the race... Sometimes, that which initiates the catastrophe is fire; other times, it is water. In Atlantis, water initiated the catastrophe, which produced it, although fire played its part. Now it will be fire that is the first to enter into activity, then water. Between fire and water, the destinies of humanity are defined.

D. Venerable Master, and in Hercolubus, the humanity that is there, being so depraved in their way of living, do the scientific-intellectual processes that we are experiencing here also advance?

M. The same, because these scientific-intellectual processes of the current humanity are manifestly anti-Christian; THEY OCCUR ON ANY PERVERSE PLANET.

2) Free movement in space is prohibited for people with ego.

While there are humanities like ours with ego, they are not permitted to travel in space, for it is sacred. In the book Yes there is Hell, Yes there is a Devil, Yes there is Karma, V.M. Samael Aun Weor tells us in Chapter XIII:

What became of Nimrod and his Tower of Babel? What will become of the modern fanatics of such a Tower? In vain will they attempt to assault Heaven with their rockets: COSMIC VOYAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INTELLECTUAL ANIMALS; to attempt it is a sacrilege. Such voyages are exclusive to the Authentic, legitimate, and true Man.

Old texts of Ancient Wisdom say that the Titans of submerged Atlantis wanted to assault Heaven and were precipitated into the Abyss. I want you, ladies and gentlemen, to fully realize that the sages of the 20th Century are not the first to launch rockets into space, nor the only Earthlings who have been able to send astronauts to the Moon. Nimrod and his henchmen, the fanatics of the Tower of Babel, inhabitants of submerged Atlantis, created better rockets powered by nuclear energy and sent men to the Moon. I am certain of this; I saw it, and of it I give testimony because I lived in Atlantis. I still remember an airport on the submerged continent. Friends, ladies, do not forget that space is infinitely sacred, and therefore interplanetary navigation is controlled by very severe Cosmic Laws. The error of these modern henchmen of the Tower of Babel consists precisely in their self-sufficiency. These enlightened ignoramuses, these "know-it-alls" start from the wrong principle that they are already "Men," they do not want to realize that they have not yet reached the stature of such; they are only "rational homunculi," "intellective humanoids." To be "Men," it is necessary to have had the luxury of creating, for one's personal use, an Astral Body, a Mental Body, and a Causal Body. Only those who have created such Supersensible Vehicles will be able to truly incarnate their Real Being, which would place them de facto within the kingdom of Men. It is absurd, then, for rational animals to leave the "zoo" (planet Earth) to travel through infinite space. It is to be known, then, that these know-it-alls of the Tower of Babel will be struck down by the terrible Ray of Cosmic Justice and will perish in the Ninth Dantesque Circle.

3) When a humanity is ready to invade another world, it is destroyed.

It is possible to know that the end of times has come when we are already ready to invade another world. V.M. Samael Aun Weor tells us in The Message of Aquarius, Ch. XVI:

Men are raising the Tower of Babel once again. The tip of the tower is the moon. Every enlightened clairvoyant can see the Tower of Babel in the superior worlds. A hollow tower of fragile crystal, a betrayal of the Eternal, which will soon be shattered. Through that fragile and hollow tower, devoid of all divine wisdom, the ships of Babylon the Great, the mother of all fornications and abominations of the earth, rise and descend. This time, the Tower of Babel is represented by the hollow, superficial, and vain science of materialistic scientists. God will confound their tongues, and the Tower of Babel will be struck by the terrible ray of Cosmic Justice. The fragile tower, hollow and devoid of all spirituality, today as yesterday, threatens the starry heavens again. The atheist enemies of the Eternal want to assault heaven and conquer other worlds of space. Soon they will be mortally wounded. In the sacred space where only the innumerable worlds stir and throb, the terror of love and law reigns. Interplanetary voyages are only for the divine humanities of the starry space. Terrestrial man is not yet worthy to penetrate the starry space. Place a monkey in a laboratory and observe what happens. When men conquer the moon. When the atheist enemies of the eternal profane the sacred space. When the sages of great Babylon, full of pride and arrogance, PREPARE THE CONQUEST OF OTHER WORLDS; THEN IT IS THE END. The Tower of Babel will fall, struck down, and of all this great Babylon, not one stone will be left upon another.
