Clarifying Concepts: The Astral Plane is the Fifth Dimension

The Venerable Master Samael Aun Weor refers to the astral world as the fourth dimension in a few books, but in most of his books he clearly specifies that the astral is the Fifth Dimension. Probably the Most Venerable Samael, when speaking to an audience unfamiliar with the teaching, used some terms in a general sense; we must understand that he did so to avoid confusing a public that was not immersed in the teaching.

Books where it refers to the astral realm as the fourth dimension:

When the hour of sleep arrives, the soul, wrapped in its astral body, abandons the physical body and wanders through the world of the fourth dimension, while something remains within the physical body. That something is the etheric double. This double is known as the Ligan Sarira among the wise men of India. The doctor Paracelsus referred to this etheric double as Mumia.
