Clarifying Concepts - Is My Kundalini Awake?
There is plenty of misinformation and speculation available on the internet on the topic of Kundalini, particularly about the topic of awakening this sacred fire. Samael Aun Weor clarifies two key matters related to Kundalini: 1) what we will experience upon the awakening of the fire, and 2) the means by which the fire can be awakened.
The serpentine fire (KUNDALINI) is coiled like any snake with three and a half turns, within a certain magnetic center located in the coccygeal bone, the base of the spine. When the sex serpent awakens to begin its inward and upward march, we go through six transcendental mystical experiences that we can and should clearly define with six Sanskrit terms as follows:
ANANDA: A certain spiritual bliss.
KAMPAN: Electrical and psychic hypersensitivity.
UTTAHAN: Progressive increase of the SELF-CONSCIOUS state; astral projections; transcendental mystical experiences in the superior worlds, etc.
GHURNI: Intense divine longings.
MURCHA: States of lassitude, relaxation of muscles and nerves in a very natural and spontaneous way during meditation.
NIDRA: Some specific mode of sleep that, combined with deep inner meditation, becomes resplendent Samadi (ecstasy).
Unquestionably, the fire of love confers infinite transcendental powers on us.

As soon as the Kundalini awakens and begins his subliminal ascent inwards and upwards, the Alchemist achieves six transcendental experiences, namely:
ANANDA, a certain spiritual bliss;
KAMPAN, Electrical and Psychic Hypersensitivity;
UTTHAN, increase in the percentage of OBJECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS;
GHURNI, intense mystical longings;
MURCHA, states of lassitude or spontaneous relaxations during esoteric exercises;
NIDRA, some specific mode of sleep that combined with meditation becomes Samadi (Ecstasy).
Bearing witness to the Truth can never be a crime: In my condition as KALKI AVATARA or SOSIOSH of the new Aquarian age, I emphatically declare the following: With all the multiple pseudo-esoteric procedures in vogue in various schools, the awakening of the Kundalini is not possible.
The bellows system with all its varied Pranayama’s; the various Asanas and forms of Hatha Yoga; the Mudras, Bhaktis, Bandhas, etc., will never be able to activate the serpentine fire.
The fiery particles that usually escape from the sacred flame during certain Yogic practices do not signify the awakening of the Kundalini, unfortunately many sincere, misguided people full of magnificent intentions confuse the sparks with the flame.
The serpentine fire can only be awakened and developed exclusively by sexual magic (Sahaja-maithuna).
